Cmd+Opt+Enter to login with admin: disable?

I've recently found out that if I press Cmd+Opt+Enter in macoS's login window, the user and password field will be emptied, and it will be possible to use admin credentials to loging to the current user's session. This is a trick that I couldn't find documented anywhere.

I've also found out that some people are able to effectively *disable* this. Anyone know how it's done?
