Hello.
Today a strange behaviour started.
I have the latest El Capitan on a 2015 13" rMBP and I have set up 9 Spaces via TotalSpaces (thus SIP is disabled). Using TotalSpaces works fine, I can have the overview and all that.
But when I CMD+TAB from Safari to Mail, both in separate Spaces, nothing happens, except that Mail is active in the Menu Bar, but I still see the Safari window.
But when Safari and Mail are in OS X Full Screen mode, I can switch between those two and I can switch to other, non-Full Screen apps, but cannot switch back to the Full Screen app from there.
I restarted the Mac, I disabled Total Spaces (I bought it yesterday) and it still does not work.
The only thing I changed yesterday was running two external displays, one with 9 Spaces and one with 4 Spaces and now I am using the MBP on another display at work and I had 12 Spaces on one display.
I will see how it develops, but maybe someone has experienced something similar.
UPDATE: When switching from Full Screen Spotify to Finder it works, switching from Finder to Full Screen Spotify works too, but doing the same with Full Screen Safari or Mail does not work.
Bummer, at least I get a reinstall out of this, has been almost three months without one, thus three times better than DOS.
