Cmd-TAB: No Auto-Maximise?

Hi folks,

I use Cmd-Tab a lot to switch between apps. I find it frustrating however when I've minimised an app and Cmd-Tab doesn't automatically maximise it again for me.

I find that I'm often Cmd-Tabbing to the right app, letting go, and then realising I minimised it .. so I then have to grab the mouse and maximise it again.

Is there a way to make Cmd-Tab auto maximise at the same time?

Don't minimize apps but use cmd-H to hide them.
