MP 1,1-5,1 cMP 3,1 - GTX770 - Fails Post Install Root Patch in Monterey

I have been tinkering over the weekend with a cMP 3,1 that I picked up recently. I installed a GTX 770 with Mac bios flashed and upgraded the machine to Monterey 12.5.1. After installing the OS, I've been trying to do the Kepler-based Post Install Root Patch. However, I keep getting this error message. Can't figure out what I've done wrong, as I was following the Mr. Macintosh video from a few months ago where he did the exact same process on his 3,1.

Can anyone provide guidance?

The dock looks like it is still patched.

Also the dialog said 0.5.1 on Oct 30 patches are applied.
