MP 1,1-5,1 cMP 5,1 2010 just started randomly restarting to user login screen

Yesterday and today my Mac running HS has just gone to here randomly -

Done it 4 times now and the only thing I have done different in the last day or so was try and install parallel desktop but I couldnt get past the security identification in preferences - it just kept looping and I couldnt find a way to let it authenticate it.

I then removed the app and its associated stuff using AppCleaner and after the first "restart" used CleanMyMACX... Just rebooted my machine and it took me straight to the usual desktop but with this "restart" it takes me to the user login which seems strange...any ideas ?

I do have a complete Carbon Copy of my boot drive from 4 days ago so if the worst came to the worst I suppose I could boot from that and then copy to my current SSD boot drive....

On an off chance I reset the PRAM and SMC about an hour ago and so far it seems ok....

Well this morning I woke to find it back at the guest log in screen so I thought I would boot from my firewire external drive which has a Carbon Copy of my SSD boot drive and just copy across last weeks backup to the SSD drive as was convinced it was something on there I have installed recently causing an issue. Took about an hour and now my Mac has been fine for 5 so far.....perhaps it knows its going as I have a brand new MacBookPro sat on my desk ready to go....
