Hello all! First, I would like to thank the lot of you. As a longtime lurker, I have learned a lot from members of the forum and now I'm coming to you for some more advice.

I have a 4,1 cMP which I have successfully flashed to a 5,1 and it's running Sierra flawlessly. I also upgraded the RAM and went from a Quadcore to a Hexcore processor. Sierra is installed on a 240gb SSD, and I have a 1TB HDD for file storage. What I want to do now is add two more a drives: another 240gb SSD dedicated solely to running Windows 7 and another drive to act as storage for that windows installation.

I've tried gathering bits and pieces of info from across the web but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for so I'm hoping you fine folks can drive it home for me.

1) I know Boot Camp in Sierra only supports Windows 10, but I don't want to move on from 7 quite yet. So I'm looking for a way to circumvent Boot Camp and get that up and running.

2) As of now, I have it running on a humble ATI Radeon 4870 GPU, but I have a GTX 960 I'm going to use once I get everything set up. If I've read correctly, I can use the 4870 to select which OS I want to boot into then just simply switch over to the GTX 960, correct?

3) Would it be more wise to have the two dedicated SSDs running their respective operating systems and then just have two separate TB HDDs that work for storage on both Mac/Windows? Or is that not possible?

Thanks again for all your help so far, and in advance for the advice.
