Couldn't find any posts on this, so sorry if it's redundant/obvious, but, far as I can tell, it's quite the deal.

Canada: The Apple Store sells 32 GB iPod touches for $519, but today and tomorrow you can get them at Best Buy for $399.

Despite advertising them for $499 online, their print flyers show they're actually $479, and just received a price drop to $469 (Future Shop's price, incidentally).

Ending tomorrow, they are running an Earth "Day" exchange program: Bring in any (working) MP3 player, receive $70 off the touch. Grand total: $399, plus taxes.

That's $120 off the Apple price. The 16 GB touch is $419.

I just called the store in my city (Windsor, Ontario) and they said absolutely any working MP3 player (mine's a 4G iPod) will be redeemed for the full $70. Going in an hour to get one; will report back if they do something bogus.

P.S. Yes it has the January update, no I am not a BB employee.

I would be all over this deal..

I cannot stomach the $500 for a 32GB, but at $399, I could swing it.

Wish we had this in the States.

Utter, utter success!

Went today instead of yesterday because a friend had some random old 128 MB MP3 player and I wanted to pawn that off instead. I'm not sure it even worked, but, after the salesperson expressed doubt, the manager said he "didn't care" and now I have a touch!

After tax: $452. Today's the last day, if anyone's interested.
