cocoa gestures help

I just downloaded version 1.2 of cocoa gestures. I dragged the inputmanagers folder into every library folder I have. I'm assuming after I do so, I should restart the app (like safari) and a cocoa gestures prefs menu should appear in my application menu. but I don't see anything.

help?
