As part of my Macintosh passion and Macintosh community fostering, I have
founded the CocoaHeads Fort Lauderdale Chapter. (http://www.cocoaheads.org)
CocoaHeads is a user group / learning team based on the Cocoa / Objective-C
programming language.
This is the FIRST chapter to form in the SE US and we are excited to get the ball rolling.
This group is a reading group to learn Cocoa / Objective C in a
collaborative environment.
If any of you would be interested in joining the chapter, please Let me know
ALSO, we need someone who is a veteran in Cocoa and Objective-C to facilitate
the learning and answer questions.
No prior programming experience is needed. We will be starting from step 1
The texts we will be using will be Programming In Objective-C by Stephen G.
Kochan and Cocoa Programming For Mac OS-X by Aaron Hillegass (3rd edition)
If we have enough interest, I can schedule the first meeting and meeting
space.
