I had been complaining about my 15" new unibody mbp and its poor battery life. I see things praising the battery and it's not that good at all. I can easily drain the thing. Coconut battery says that my capacity is 65 maH. Is this correct? I know that this is not the same thing as 73 wH, but I don't know how to convert maH to watt hours. Can someone take me through how to know if I have a defective battery before taking it into Apple? I don't think that they really even known how to figure that out anyway.

I have calibrated and also reset the pram.

If just surfing at full brightness, wifi on, bluetooth off, how long should the battery last? 3.5 hours? That's what I got, but I figure that it should be longer than that.

Example

6500 mah x 11.1 (voltage example) = 72.1wh
etc

Do you know what the voltage of your battery is?

Are you using better battery life and did you turn the backlight keyboard of.
