Okay, recently I got my battery replaced after it died from my malfunctioning magsafe adapter which I also got replaced. This is on a 2.33 MBP.

I've noticed that Coconutbattery no longer reports the correct # of battery cycles, and in fact goes backwards in its count for example, from 7 to 5. Its been stuck at 5 for quite a while even though I have "cycled" it pretty much every day according to system profiler and iStat, which report 23 cycles at 99% capacity. Coconut still reports 100% capacity.

Is there some sort of incompatibility with leopard? It also reports that the charger is charging when it isn't.

Coconutbattery doesn't fully support Leopard yet, as I found out just after I installed it. :(

You can use the System Profiler to check the actual status of your battery.
