Just wanted to let everyone know that today, Panic Inc. has started a 3 day sale on their most popular apps including Coda and Transmit 3. They are both 50% off. So if you've been waiting to pull the trigger on Coda, do it in the next 3 days and get it for only $50. It's worth it. You can also grab Transmit 3 for under $15.

Very cool. CandyBar and Unison are also on sale. I'm in a serious pickle though: I'm torn between Forklift and Transmit. Forklift looks a little more polished, but is it worth the extra $10 (I get student discount)? Also, seeing as how I already have textmate and Espresso, I'm having trouble figuring out if coda is worth it as well.

Candybar though, is an easy sell for me

Hmmm...Panic!

I already have Panic, which is an awesome mac app. It says on the site:

'Enjoy these apps today and lock in a discount towards any future paid updates.'

Is it worth buying it again to lock in a discount for a future update???

Without knowing what the discount is, it's hard to say how many updates you would have to pay for at a discounted price to make it worth the re-buying.

I'd say no.
