Hello all,
Swapped out the OEM 80GB HDD in a late 2006 MacBook with a 320GB Seagate 2.5" HDD. I used carbon copy to clone the original, booted up from the new HDD from an enclosure, and swapped the HDDs when it booted up fine.
After swaping the HDDs, I noticed a file called "CodeDirectory" opening up automatically on start-up with text edit. The text was some weird symbols with the only legible text being "Pcom.apple.iokit.IOSCSIFamily".
Everything else appears to be OK other than this auto "pop-up" upon start-up. I'm able to just close the file but if there is a way to get rid of this, I'd be happy to.
Thanks!
