macOS codesign: I can login; xcode can't

I had to change my Apple ID awhile ago. With the new ID, I can login and view my certificates and make new ones and everything...

But in xcode (511 on Mave) I'm unable to Add the new ID in the Accounts pane. I put in my ID and use the same password that works fine in http, but in the Accounts pane I just get an error, "http 500, internal server error"

Any clue? Thx,
