coffe spill on MBP

so horror of horrors I was in Japan for the past month and halfway through the tour I spill ,not so much spill but completely douse my MBP with a huge cup of heavily sugared and milk Coffee I drenched it. I turned it off right away and let it dry and when I replace the cable to the battery it tries to start up and gets to the opening chime then shuts down. I

I can't take it to Apple as I replaced the disc drive w/ a 1TB extra hard drive so I am running 2 ITB drives in this machine I love It so much. I had to buy a retina macbook pro in Tokyo and I really don't like It I need LOTS of memory

Is it a goner? or is it cooked

It's probably a goner you have to get that liquid out immediately and wash it completely dry with pure meths to stop corrosion if it's been weeks then fixing it will cost as much as buying a new (second hand) one. I would suggest a wireless hard drive for easy file storage with your new rMBP.

Unfortunately I'd say its dead
