I turned it off right away and let it dry and when I replace the cable to the battery it tries to start up and gets to the opening chime then shuts down. I

I can't take it to Apple as I replaced the disc drive w/ a 1TB extra hard drive so I am running 2 ITB drives in this machine I love It so much. I had to buy a retina macbook pro in Tokyo and I really don't like It I need LOTS of memory

Is it a goner? or is it cooked
