Hi,

Another coffee spill question. Hope this one add knowledge :)

I got coffee spilled and my iPhone 4 immdiately started warning me that "the device connected is incompatible" (No device was connected and the iPhone was disconnected from a power source).

It's been turned off and put in rice.

A friend suggested that, since it's coffee (milk and sugar), I open it, remove the battery and wash it with air conditioner water (purified) and then let it dry.
This should avoid corrosion in the future.

Sounds logical to me. What do you think?

Wen't to a lab to be cleaned.
Alls well now.

(Lesson, don't play around with a 500$ toy.)
