So I just got my brand new 13inch MacBook with Touchbar and I'm experiencing minor coil whine in the upper left of the keyboard.

It's very faint though, and I can only hear it when my ear is basically next to the keyboard. I only found out because I dropped my pen, and while picking it up I got close enough to the MacBook to hear it. As a side note, yes I have very sensitive hearing.

I've narrowed it down the voltage regulator for the display. When I manually adjust the brightness, I can hear the frequency change, and as expected, on max brightness and min brightness (off), I don't hear any coil whine at all.

My question is, is it worth it to take it back to Apple? I have a custom build that the store will never have in stock. It's also barely audible, but it is there...suggestions?
