Coiled USB sync cable?

I just bought a Belkin USB car charger for my iPhone 4 however it doesn't come with a coiled cable.

I was wondering if anyone knew where to buy a USB coiled sync cable? (I've checked eBay with no luck)

I've also read that cheap cables sometimes will not carry the maximum power output of the charging device, is this true?

Would this carry the full 1Amp the charger puts out?

(My old Griffin Powerjolt SE 2009 only gave out 0.5 Amps and was painfully slow)
