When I have to choose between the two, I'll pick Pepsi (always diet), but I have no problem with Coke (also diet). I just prefer Pepsi over Coke, but I am not the type of person who would go for a completely different drink if Pepsi was not available, I like both, just Pepsi more.
You need another choice, Both. They both have their places. Pepsi is a summertime sipper or with meals. Coke is a movie watching sipper meant to be enjoyed alone, without other foods.
The search feature yielded 12 pages of results and I didn't feel like going through all of them to see if it had been posted beforehand. Apparently, I was wrong.
Diet Coke. And other Coke products.
As for the older threads, bit, their most recent posts were from about a year ago so this one shouldn't be a problem. Though I appreciate the links to the older ones so that you can always go back and see how things may or may not have changed.

Pepsi has the lock on Montreal. Most people here enjoy the sweetness. I prefer diet Coke, with a lemon twist.

Pepsi, but growing up in Atlanta, I have known people to get fired over it.

Forgive the question, but how so? Bad reaction?
Besides the unavoidable teeth grinding it causes, it also dulls my taste buds somehow; I can't taste other food as well if I drink Coke.
When I'm @ home it's:
Restaurant dining: Pepsi.. Coke has too much fizz... No Pepsi then Dr pepper...
