I ordered a Colcasac sleeve a few weeks ago (http://www.colcasac.com/ipad-sleeve/hanakapiai-ipad-sleeve) and while I know it's back-ordered--it was even when I ordered it--I was just wondering if any of you have done the same and if you have heard anything from the company yet.

I e-mailed them last week and have yet to get a response. Don't know what I should do. Of course, they charged me almost as soon as I placed the order.

I ordered one last week and e-mailed them yesterday and got a reply this afternoon stating they are swamped and hope to ship this week sometime.

Their response rate (judging by previous posts on this forum) is somewhat spotty it seems.

I ordered on the 21st and have yet to hear a peep. I emailed them about 15 minutes ago - after calling and getting an answering machine suggesting I email.

I don't mind waiting, as long as my expectations are set appropriately. No timeframe and no response is not good.

Glad to see that at least some people have heard back from the company. Hopefully that means mine will ship soon as well.

Colcasac, formally known as Applesac has been around for years now. I bet they are just very busy. Even I got late responses from the CEO himself..
