Hello, I'm thinking about ordering a ColcaSac from mygearstore.com through Amazon.com to ship to the UK.

However, I have heard that they shed.

It's between the Original or the Black versions, do they both shed and get into the computer's ports (uMBP 13 inch)?

They do shed, though the black one less so since the exterior doesn't ALSO shed. The black and brown ones definitely feel more rugged to me.
