Collapse NC Sections without ISX

Is there a tweak that allows collapsing sections in the stock NC like Intelliscreen X does?
 
I wish. Not to anyones knowledge. This question has been asked twice also before.

This is a nice tweak. Id like something to collapse instead of just remove the notifications though. Thanks for pointing this tweak out though;).
