Just got this recently and really happy with it. It's going to save a lot of lugging around of my dictionary. I have the big paper one for home and just my phone for when I'm at tutorials.

It's got three sections: one for the dictionary, one for numbers and one for conjugating verbs. Not the cheapest at £14.99 but definitely, I think, a case of getting what you pay for.
