ok so I just got my mac and made the switch from a pc to a mac, I have used mIRC on the pc and now downloaded Colloquy and so far i like it, the only problem is that when i get a notice from someone it is in a really small window in the top right corner and does not display the whole message, is there a way to change this so I can see the whole message and or be able to click on links in it, etc?

Do you mean the Growl notification for when someone PMs you? If you install Growl proper (instead of relying on the Growl that's built in to Colloquy) you can customize the appearance of your notifications... but PMs will display in a window in Colloquy's interface as well. I don't think links in Growl notifications can be clickable.
