color conversion utility needed

anyone know of a good, simple color conversion utility? i often get mockups from non-web designers in all sorts of colorspaces and i'm looking for something simple to plug in, say, CMYK or RGB as % and get a nice hex value returned.

i'd love to find an actual app that does this; i hate having to open a browser or photoshop/dreamweaver/fireworks just to do a quick convert.

What kind of Mac have you got?

What I like about the latest version, is that when you 'Hide' it, a little icon sits in the toolbar next to the clock, volume control etc.
