Im thinking about exchanging my white 3gs for a black one, Do you think the apple store will give me any issues on this.

If you're exchanging it on color alone, yeah.

Probably not. They might charge you a restocking fee (10%) though. And the phone better be in pristine condition.

yeah its perfect condition, and i thought that you could exchange within 30 days and pay the restock , just wasnt sure if it applied to iphones.

If you take it back within the first 10 days of having anything from apple, you can simply exchange it because it smells bad if you want to. No restocking fee.

not gonna do it anyway, called apple and it would have been to much of a hassle..would have had to return it ....wait 10 days for my account to get set back to upgrade eliigible, and then buy a new one on through apple.com. If you buy it onliine you have to return it in the same fashion, apple store wont accept returns from apple.com? which i dont understand. but anyway....

not worth it, ...was just being picky anyway.
