Since yesterday my font color in Junk Mail has changed from black to a very light yellow/orange, which is difficult to read. If I highlight it I can read it, but how do I change it back to black?

Go to Mail > Preferences...then click on Junk Mail icon. Then under heading "When Junk Mail Arrives", click on option 'Perform Custom Actions (Click Advanced to configure)', then click 'Advanced' button and then in window that pops up you'll see the rectangle with a color in it. Click on that that and you can select another color......

Bit convoluted approach to setting this, but that's what I found....
