Color ripples on iPhone 4S

I've replaced an iPhone 4S screen pre-assembled(digitizer+lcd) and when I press the home button I get color ripples on the screen. How can I fix that?

You screwed something in too tight or there is too much pressure on the screen most likely.

That, or you got a cheaper quality screen that the glass is too thin to withstand pressure.
