Does anyone has what they think is a GOOD color sync profile I can obtain?

For what? Your display? Only sure way is to get a colorimeter. For your printer? You'll need one for it, too - but those colorimeters are a LOT more expensive. If you want it for a specific paper, see the web site of the vendor.
