I am in IT and one of the Macs at work recently because stuck set to grey, but at each print you can change color options and still print in color, but needless to say that in a design environment with a large client base this is a hassle for whoever gets stuck on that computer. I am at wit's end about how to change it and would greatly appreciate any advice on how to st it back so that the Mac can print in color by default again.

Edit: Additional and more accurate information now that I have been able to look at it longer. Specifically in the Colorsync Utility under the devices tab my default printer (a Dell 3300) was printing fine last we checked a week or two ago but now is in Mode "Gray" and it doesn't seem possible to change it. That is even the case when logged in as a local Administrator.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
