Colour banding on cMBP

Hi there,

I got the logic board replaced due to an issue with the wifi, and now I've noticed in any gradients there's very pronounced banding.

I've never noticed it before on my laptop, and expect I would have considering I see it everywhere (including facebook)

Is this normal or should I be booking another trip to the genius bar?

Every once in a while I'll pick up on some banding on mine, but nothing as pronounced as yours. I would recommend running the display calibrator from within the displays preferences in system preferences. See if you can create a slightly better calibration on your own.

If it's still not good enough, then make a trip back and see what they can do.
