So, I liked the way OS 9 colour labels worked better than in OS X, i.e. I prefer to make the whole folder a colour rather than just the name. I know I can copy and paste a colour icon over the folder from Get Info, but that's pretty cumbersome. Anybody know how? I'm running PowerPC 10.5.8, by the way :)

as far as i know changing the icon is the only way to do this.

There are apps to make it faster though, one called Candybar i think, correct me if im wrong.
