Colour Profile Question

Hi all,

Just a quick question about iMac colour profiles...

My iMac crashed hard out of the box during the set up... I had to use internet recovery, format and start from scratch.

The whites on the screen now look a little yellowish.

Is the colour profile customised before it ships and am now using a blanket 'default' profile... Or am I just being crazy?

The default profile that comes with OS X is the regular default for your Mac. You can feel free to calibrate it to your liking.

OS X automatically generates these profiles based on the display you're using and stores them in /Library/ColorSync/Profiles/Displays
