Is it ok for me to click continue or is there anything on my (15 inch) macbook pro that I need to change in order to configure colour?

There's nothing you can do to increase the res of the MBP screen but you won't hurting anything by launch Color. Most likely it will display okay, but the GUI might be messed up because it's not designed to be scaled down that small.

It works on my 15" MBP. The only problem I have is that letters and numbers are hard to read.
