Ok this is weird. Has anyone noticed that com.apple.springboard is showing in Location Services on 9.1? It's only showing on my iPhone (9.1 PB1) and not my iPad (9.1 DB2). I'd usually just brush this off as a beta bug, but it seems so weird that it never showed up in any other beta (I was on the DBs for 9.0).
