iPhone com.memdefrag error in cydia

When i open cydia i get the following error.

The package com.memdefrag needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.

how do i fix this? i cant load any menus in cydia.


FIXED!!! SOLUTION
installed mobileterminal using ssh then did the following

su (and enter password, alpine by default)
dpkg --remove --force-remove-reinstreq com.memdefrag
dkpg --configure -a
