combine 2 dvds into one movie file for iphone

I have been using Handbrake to take my Lord of the Rings trilogy and convert them to digital format so that I can watch them on my iphone when I traveling.

However, I have the extended edition which has 1 move across 2 dvds. How do I combine the files into 1 long file?
Does Handbrake allow me to do this? If not.. what program to use that's simple?

Is this even something I can do with Final Cut Express or iMovie?

DVD2One: http://www.dvd2one.com/ using join mode. Then you can use Handbrake to convert the one (now) longer movie to an iPhone-friendly format. It works very well.
