Combine AVI with SRT

Hello.

Is there any MAC OS program to combine AVI with SRT or SUB files?
I really just want to do it because I have AVI and SRT subtitle files and I want to convert them to Apple TV files to sync them.

Thanks.
 
Have you tried VisualHub?

Edit: my bad, I thought you said convert. I'm not sure how to combine, but there seem to be some Windows utilities if you're lucky enough to have Windows running on your MacBook.
