Combine HD and SD versions in iTunes

Did a quick search of the net which lead me to a program called "Subler". They said load both files into Subler and give them the same CNID number. I couldn't find that drop down menu.

Does anyone know how to get iTunes to just show the movie once even tho its 2 different versions? (the HD version and SD). I like how it is when you buy from iTunes store but i own this movie in both SD and BLu-ray form and want it listed once.

Thank you for any help.
