Combine loyalty card and Apple Pay in one action

i love useing Apple pay with my watch but when I use it at Walgreens I have to select my Walgreens loyalty card on my Apple Watch then select my selected vCard from my Apple Pay selections

Is there a way I can use Apple Pay and have it automatically add my Walgreens loyalty card into the translation
