Combine multiple .ts files?

A friend of mine has a series of .ts and .PAR2 files that he needs to combine into one file that can be played back. Does anyone know how to do this? The files are labeled DISK1.ts, DISK2.ts......., then vol.00+01.PAR2, vol.01+02.PAR2.....

anyone have any ideas on this?
