Combo Dock For Cased iPad and/or Cased iPhone

Does anybody know if there's a combo dock that's adjustable for a cased iPhone and/or cased iPad? It would be nice if it was rubberized inside, too if you aren't using a case. Whether I'm using a case or not, it would be nice to just hook up my iDevice to sync. It would be a huge bonus if you could charge your iDevices through an outlet when they're docked if your isn't on.

You will never see a dock that syncs both the iPhone and the iPad off of a single USB cable to the computer. The iPad draws too much juice to share any of it with an iPhone.

Actually, I'm looking for a dock that plugs into an outlet to constantly charge whatever is in it and one sync cable for syncing/charging one device at a time.

Iirc there are split chargers to do both but I haven't seen a universal dock nor do I think we will due to size variances.
