You have to wonder if Roy would come back in some context if this goes through.
Eisner has to be worried - and might do more damage before its all done. I just hope what ever deal is made doesn't give many options to Eisner after its done

Pixar, whose chairman is Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple, which until last week was involved in a joint venture with Disney, is understood to be looking at forming a consortium of financiers to counter Comcasts bid.
A spokesman for Mr Jobs would not comment, but a Pixar source said: Steve is looking very closely at this.
