Balls. I was hoping for a 9am release from somewhere. Looks like I'll be getting one when I get back from the US as my flight leaves at about lunchtime. Unless of course you all hate your iPhones and put me right off buying one.

Noticed that it also says it will be available to order online, so does that not mean people will be getting their iPhones during the day? So why bother with 6pm? Strange.

you can't order them online now, so i expect this means that you will be able to order them online after they have been released. The first people to get their hands on an iphone will be those in person at the shop...and i can't wait!!
