Comfortable earbuds with decent sound - ideas?

I'm looking for new earbuds (kitten chewed through the cord) that are comfortable in small and sensitive ears and have decent sound. I rarely do my workouts with them in, so sweat proof isn't a factor.

Depending on how well the stock Apple earbuds fit, I'd say add those little foam covers to the Apple buds. This will create a little bit of a seal and dramatically improve the sound quality.

Always been a fan of the Bose inner ear ones. Really soft, comfortable, great sound, and they stay in really well. They don't itch either

Believe it or not, but 10x better over the Apple ones... and reasonably comfortable too!

klipsch x10. So comfortable its easy to fall asleep with them in because they are so tiny (no discomfort when laying on them)
