Universal Comic Book Readers

What recommendations are there for comic book readers? I have checked a couple searches and see mention of YACreader, YAClibrary, Calibre (for library??), Chunky and a few others.

I am starting to see maybe not an all-in-one answer but need for a library app and the reader app?

I would want the widest format support including manga. If purchasing (most likely given current state of ad assault in freeware), I would want this to be good for both iPad and iPhone.

Suggestions?

OK, I think YACReader looks good overall.
It also allows reading formats I want, and accessing the material from a Mac archive on remote readers iPad/iphones.

It sounds like a no brainer.
