From my perspective (supporting users with Crackberries) I can't stand them, they drive me mad...how ever, that opinion is slowly starting to change, particularly with the growing number of alternative push email systems and handsets. Who knows, I may be addicted myself one day. For the time being though, I still don't like them, and this article made me chuckle

I've been trying to get people at the office to stop trading in their souls for crackberries but they just won't stop. You'd think living in a mountain town they'd realize you don't even need a cell phone because everyone is within shouting distance.
