Comixology problem

Ok so I downloaded Comixology and I am supposed to be able to put my own CBR files on my ipad through the APP via App file sharing in itunes.

Only problem is Comixology is not in the file sharing section! Only shows Imovie, keynote, pages and skype.

Anyone know what the issue is? Cant find an answer anywhere.
