is a state of mind.
Here is a rather quirky and pesky problem. Sometimes after I switch from Terminal.app to Safari.app and try to open a new window (Command+N) I get a new terminal not a new browser window!

I can't nail down the exact circumstances under which this happens (though the above is true in general). I expect that the OS is doing something repeatably, but I can't seem to generate the exact sequence that causes the terminal window to open once I'm in Safari. For now, all I can say is that it happens *sometimes*. Anyone have thoughts? Is there a plist file I should poke around in?

If you do this quickly and you're running quite intensive processes at the same time, then OSX may not have realised yet that you've changed apps. Does it ever happen if Safari is written next to the Apple in the Menu Bar? :)

Hmm...

I'll check this out next time it is happening. Of course, I'm having a hard time duplicating the problem right now, but it has happened for a while now.
