Hello there,
I'm a terminal/UNIX newbie so can anyone help me to understand the following:

Sigs-Computer:~ sig$ db2start
-bash: /IBM/db2/V9.5/adm/db2start: Permission denied
Sigs-Computer:~ sig$ sudo db2start
Password:
sudo: db2start: command not found
Sigs-Computer:~ sig$

Here my path
Code:
/sw/bin:/sw/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/mysql/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/Users/sig/sqllib/bin:/IBM/db2/V9.5/bin:/IBM/db2/V9.5/adm:/usr/X11/bin:/usr/local/git/bin:/usr/local/mongodb/bin:/usr/X11R
Why command not found?

Thanks and have a nice day

PS I still run 10.5.8
